O Lord of Ganas (the attendants of Lord Shiva), You are the bestower of the benedictions. O my Lord, we meditate on Your Name first. This is told as the duty and the rules. You have been given the right and the boon of being remembered and offered the prayers first, O Lord Ganesha. You bear the whole creation in Your belly. O Lord of the Ganas, we seek Your refuge. O ele- phant-faced Lord, You are the embodiment of auspiciousness. 1) You bring comfort to the creation. You destroy the obstacles of all. You are the remover of all the obstacles.
