In my heart there is Rām, in my body there is Rām. Tearing his chest the son of wind-god says: 'In my heart there is Rām, in my body there is Rām.' 1) When Rāvan kidnapped Mā Sītā it made Lord Rām think. Hanumān went to Mā Sītā in Lanka bringing the message of Lord Rām to her. On delivering the message Hanumān came back singing the praises of Lord Rām. 2) When Lakshman was deadly wounded Lord Rām was anxious and before the break of dawn Lord Hanumān brought with him the entire Dronagiri mountain with the sanjīvani herb and when the herb was given to Lakshmanji he got up saying the Name of Srī Rām. 3) When the army of Rāvan saw the army of monkeys of Lord Hanumān they got scared. In the blick of an eye Lord Hanumān burnt to ashes the entire Lanka with his tail. After that Hanumān burned the ego of Rāvan.
