He is the protector of cows, cowherds and all beings. He is the consort of Goddess Lakshmī. He is the slayer of the demon Madhu. Srī Krishna has a dark complexion like the dark rain cloud. He is the supreme Lord Who enchants all. He is adorned with the garland of the forest flowers. He is the omnipresent supreme Lord holding the whole creation within Him.
