Translation
Saint Mīrābāī says - “Only Giridhar Gopāl, the holder of the Govardhan mountain who tends the cows and calves in Vrindāvan, is mine. none else is mine. He wears the crown with a peacock feather on his head. He is my husband and Lord”. 1) Some say He is dark and some say He is fair. But I have accepted Him with complete awareness. Some say He is lightweight and some say He is heavyweight. But I have fully accepted Him regardless of any scale. 2) Some say I got Him secretly, some say by stealing. I have accepted Him openly with the beat of the drum. I gave up all the jewellery on my body, even the arm bracelet (worn by a queen) to have Him.
