He held the Govardhan mountain to protect the people of Vraj. He is the slayer of the demon Mura. Srī Krishna, the little child of the Gokul is the cherisher of cows. He gives joy to all with His melodious flute. He is the cherisher of the sages. (He enjoys the dance of Divine love. He is the beloved of the gopis).
