Translation

‘O Name, stream down in moonlight on the lotus heart, Opening its cup to knowledge of yourself. O self, drown deep in the waves of His bliss Chanting His Name continually, tasting His nectar at every step, Bathing in His Name, that bath for weary souls. In each and every Name Thy power resides. No times are set, no rites are needful, for chanting of Thy Name, So vast is Thy mercy.’ - Chaitanya Mahaprabhu - Today, baby Krishna with dark complexion incarnated in Mathura. 1) Little Krishna is born silently in the jail. Hearing His Name the world became happy. 2) Mother Devaki embraced Him. His Father Vasudev put Him in the basket. He left Mathura and appeared in Gokul. 3) All the demigods shower flowers on Him. Along with this, they are singing the songs of happiness. By touching His Feet, the flooded river Yamunā gave way to cross. 4) Where Krishna was born and where He was raised. He became the jewel of Nanda Baba’s home. 5) Lord Krishna has dark hair on his face with a dark complexion. His servants (devotees) sacrifice themselves unto His beautiful face. The home of Nanda Baba is filled with bliss. All glories to beloved little Srī Krishna!
