Translation

O Mother, please light the flame of faith for You within my heart. May You vanquish the darkness, O Mother of the universe who rides upon a lion. 1) With Your Darshan, Your people receive peace and happiness and they sing Your glories. Please bestow Your Grace upon us, O greatest queen and resolve all our affairs. 2) You are Goddess Vaishnavi (the combined power of Goddess Kālī, Goddess Lakshmī and Goddess Saraswati). You are Goddess Parvati and Goddess Saraswati, the consort of Lord Brahma. You are the cherisher of saints. You are the pleasing Srī Rādhā and Goddess Kālī with dark complexion. 3) O Divine Mother, we are Your children. Please keep us in Your refuge always. O full of love, all compassionate Mother, please take us in refuge of Your auspicious Lotus Feet. 4) Without Your Darshan, we are tormented like the river without water or the fish without water. O Divine Mother, You have forgotten these streets and the temple. Please come and bless us with a sight of Yours.
