Meaning

Translation

O Lord who is resting on the eternal snake Adishesh. You who are completely pure and the embodiment of everlasting bliss. Glory to the One who is the abode of Mother Lakshmī, Lord Venkatesha! 1) We sing the praises of Lord Rāma of the Raghu clan who is the husband of Mā Sītā. 2) We sing the praises of Lord Krishna who is the jewel of the Yadu clan and who is the Lord of Rādhā. 3) We sing the praise of the Lord Shiva who wears the big round ring-shaped earings, who stays in Kailash and who is the Lord of Mā Gauri. 4) We sing the praise of the Lord Hanumān who was the One to cross the ocean to Lanka and who is the servant of Lord Rāma. He is the son of Anjanī and Vayu. 5) We sing the praise to Shirdi Sāī Bābā who wears the white cloths. He is the one who awakes the sleeping Shakti inside of us. 6) Praise be to Lord Venkateshwar, who is the Lord of Brah- mins, who in His mercy liberated Rāvana in the age of Kaliyuga. Praise be to Lord Venkateshwar who is our guardian and pro- tector. Praise be to Lord Srīnivāsa who is our guardian and protector.
