Meaning

Translation

In every soul resides Lord Ram. There is no abode without Lord Ram. His Divine light is present in the whole universe. So remember only Lord Ram and nothing else. 1) With the Grace of the Lord with the lotus navel discern the precious gem that resides in the lotus of your heart. The un- struck cosmic sound is playing in the city and it resounds in the universe. 2) Our glow is based on the three Guna’s (sattvic, rajasic, tamsic). The Divine light within us is lit with the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether). The Lord Whose radiance pervades the 14 worlds, I climb to His sky (to reach Him) on the string of awareness. 3) The One who is the diamond, pearl, ruby, jewel, that treasure of love is here. Recognising the pure pearl (of love), I am bound to my Lord Ram who is my wealth. 4) If you seek the Guru, search Him in your heart. Do not wander outside in the city. Nanak Saheb describes the Guru’s power. No one else except the Guru speaks within us.
