(Guru Gita v.54) Svadeshikasyaiva sharíra cintanam Bhavedanantasya shivasya cintanam Svadeshikasyaiva ca naama kírtanam Bhavedanantasya shivasya kírtanam ’To meditate and to focus the mind on the Guru is the same as concentrating on Lord Shiva and Lord Nārāyana.
