Translation

The creator, the Lord Himself stood to protect me and not a hair upon my head was touched. Those who come to the Guru are successfully cleansed by Him. By chanting the Name of the Lord, all sins get erased. [1] O Saints, the sacred pool of Guru Ramdas is sublime. Whoever bathes here, his whole lineage is carried across and his soul is saved as well. [2] He who sings His praise, obtains his heart’s desired boons. Whoever comes and bathes here, and meditates on his God, is safe and sound. [3] One who bathes in the healing pool of the Saints, that humble being attains the supreme status. One is liberated while alive and does not reincarnate again when one meditates on the Name of the Lord. [4] He alone knows the Divine reality, whom the Lord blesses with His mercy. Guru Arjan says, “Let us place ourselves in the care and obedience of the Master. Where all worries and anxieties are dispelled.” [5]
